piano
Copper plays short solo piano pieces by Loevendie, Straesser, Janssen, Manneke, De Kruyf, De Leeuw, Wagemans, De Vries, Schat, Raxach, and Ketting. This album features works that these eleven composers wrote around 1976, commissioned by the Rotterdam Arts Foundation (Rotterdamse Kunststichting). The brief was for each composer to address one specific aspect of contemporary music, contributing to the pedagogical piano repertoire.
